Less than an hour away is Ottawa, the capital city of Canada with great dining and cultural activities. It’s a short drive to the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Placid for skiing, hiking, or camping. Montreal offers Quebec City with a European flair and is just two hours away. Two college towns are nearby. Canton, the home of SUNY Canton and St. Lawrence University is just 20 minutes away.
