OPTIONS ANALYSIS
OPTION 1
Full Government Grant - Provide two leased sites for travellers on the
Gretton Brook Road Plantation– Refurbish existing site for NATS reopening it as a leased
site. Develop a new leased site at the northern end of plantation for English Travellers. Provide site with
facilities in consultation with the travellers based upon CBC Policy on publicly provided sites; amenity
blocks, services to each pitch, play area etc
