COMMUNICATION
Important Training Session – Jan. 16th

An important, mandatory training session will be held
for all athletes on Friday, January 16th. The session
will be led by an external expert.

Please arrive at 6:20am (10min early) and come
directly to the Westdale Library. Athletes can attend in
regular clothes (no workout). Parents are welcome to
attend if they’d like, but please tell Alessandra in advance
if you plan on joining.

