Their program will feature the great Violin Sonata in D major, HWV371, one of Handel’s best-known works composed in 1750; Czech composer Bedrich Smetana’s Piano Trio in g minor, op.15, composed in 1850; and the third set of Frank Bridge’s Miniatures written by the British composer in 1909.
