This End Up Contract Guarantee
Limited Warranty of Products Purchased after January 2001
This End Up Furniture Co., Inc. guarantees its furniture against
defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use for
five (5) years. Our foam, fabric, dining/study chairs and working
mechanisms are guaranteed for one (1) year from date of delivery.
Mattresses carry the guarantee of the manufacturer. A copy of the
original invoice or other proof of purchase must accompany claims
under our product guarantee. Please note that our furniture is
handcrafted and hand finished; therefore, slight variations in color
and finish are to be expected as no two pieces of wood are the same.
The presence of knots, unusual grain patterns, rustic feel and a
rough hewn look are characteristics of our product and are to be
expected. Slight dimensional variations and changes are normal due
to the handcrafted nature of our furniture.

For soiled fabrics, we recommend professional upholstery cleaning.
Covers should be left on foam for cleaning. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary
from state to state.
