We are now hiring full-time teachers for Rosedale global campus at Beijing, Wuxi and Tianjin. The
campus locates either in a Chinese top tier university or in a premier international school. Rosedale

Responsibilities:
Under direction of the principal of Rosedale Academy and the local administrator at the Rosedale global
campus
• Teach OSSD high school curriculum in one of the following subject areas: Business, English, English
as a Second Language, Mathematics and Science
• Support student academic success and learning skill development
• Actively contribute to curriculum improvement and instructional effectiveness assessment
• Provide office hours to attend to student, parent, and administrative needs
• Lead, coordinate and/or support co-curricular activities and school events
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Teaching certification (BEd) is required
• University degree in related subject area
• ESL qualifications are an asset
• Recent graduates from teacher’s college are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom
• Self-motivated, passionate about teaching, able to quickly adapt to a multi-cultural environment
Compensations:
• NET yearly compensation ranges between $40,000 and $60,000 CAD depending on education and
experience. Yearly compensation is paid over 12 months
• Global campus provides either a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment for free or accommodation
allowance per month. Varied by location
• 4-week vacation + Chinese holidays (3 weeks) + Christmas
• Round-trip airfare is provided for each 12 months of services
• Medical insurance is provided
• School facilitates the visa application and covers all associated cost
• 2-year contract with renewal
Excellent performance during the overseas assignment will lead to other employment
opportunities, including curriculum development, teaching and administrative positions in
Toronto office or academic leadership role in global campus.
