Our Exam days have been divided in to three time blocks as you can see above.
Following are the rules for exam day:
• Students are expected to be in attendance on exam days. Students must take all of their exams.
No exceptions or exemptions.
• Students are NOT permitted to leave and re-enter the school during the three exam days.
• If a student has an exam in Test Block A and C, they MUST be in attendance Block B.
• Students who have no exams on a particular day are not required to attend school.
• All of these circumstances require the appropriate permission slips and teacher approvals.
Permission slips must be returned no later than FRIDAY May 22, 2015.
• Your child will be considered truant if they have not previously been excused with the teacher.
• Students arriving after 7:40 A.M. will only be able to enter and exit the building through the front
(West) doors.
• Attendance will be taken in each block assignment.
• If a student misses an exam, the missed exams will be given Block C on FRIDAY.
• With permission, a student may leave after their last exam and arrive before their first.
• Students will not be permitted to 'hang out' in Brock Park following dismissal.

By signing this form, I am giving my child permission to leave school after their last exam.
Permission is also granted to arrive at the time for their first exam. I take full responsibility for
my child when they are not in school and for transporting my child to and from school on those
days. It is my child's responsibility to be seated in the classroom promptly when the mandated
exams begin. I also understand that my child is not allowed to come and go as they wish during
exams. They may not leave and re-enter the building on exam day.
Please specify the times for which your child has permission to arrive and leave school.
