Network Broadband is specifically designed for multi-location businesses demanding true
enterprise-grade connectivity. It’s faster than DSL, fully customizable and able to meet all your
customers’ demands for converged voice, data and video applications on one platform —
anywhere in the world.
Flexibility
With Intelsat’s Network Broadband solution, you can build multiple, scalable networks
leveraging a common hub platform and interfacing with multiple satellites simultaneously —
using both C- and Ku-band frequencies. Once deployed, you can fully manage the network
infrastructure as a “Virtual Network Operator,” or hand it off to Intelsat under the “Intelsat
Managed” option.

Guaranteed Quality of Service/Committed Information Rate (CIRs)
By using industry-leading, iDirect-based VSAT technology, Network Broadband offers an
array of QoS features across a wide range of applications, from standard Web browsing,
to VoIP, IP video, and more. It allows you to design and implement customer specific
networks with data rates of up to 18 Mbps on the outbound and 4.5 Mbps on the inbound,
running on the iNFINITI platform. Using the Evolution platform, and taking advantage of
DVB-S2 & ACM, data rates of 140 Mbps on the outbound and 6 Mbps on the inbound
can be achieved. Plus, Network Broadband lets you aggregate to much higher throughputs
across your network.
