 360 degrees panoramas - A wide variety of panoramas from around the world, subject and content vary widely, so be sure to preview first.

 42 Explore Thematic Pathfinders - On each page you'll find definitions, activities, the 4 good starting points, and many more links and resources for the thematic topic.

 A I Learn Technology Blog - Excellent, thorough monthly blog that highlights a wide variety of educational and interactive websites for Smartboard use. Also describes how the site can be integrated into your curriculum.

 A Teachers Love Smartboards Blog - This blog highlights best practices, tips, video tutorials, and recommended websites in a wide range of categories.

 A Teqsmart Blog - A great blog highlighting features of Smartboards, plus information on websites, and free downloads of interactive tools.

 Animation Interactive Multimedia (AIM) - A must see for all subject areas. Contains a long list of websites with various flash activities/animations. All.

 Animation Library K-12 - Over 13,000 free animations to add life to your lessons. Download these 'gif.' to your computer and then Insert into your lesson.

 Animoto video - Create your own video using images and music. Free all-access sign-up for educators. Walk through instructions in this Web 2.0 application.

 Brainflips Flashcards K-12 - Create your own custom flashcards, or use an existing deck. Simple, free registration. There are many ads, but they do not show on the actual flashcard section of the site. Three ways to use the cards and search are given.

 Class Tools - Create free educational games, activities and diagrams in Flash. View by school subject, or by template.

 Educational videos, lessons, and games K-12 - Free online educational videos from the Internet in one place. Each video is watched and reviewed by k-12 educators to ensure accuracy and

appropriateness for students. Subjects include physical science, life science, human body, earth and space, social studies, math, English (including phonics, stories, and grammar).

 Flash Card Machine - A free web application that enables users to create interactive web-based study flash cards and share them with others.

 Geonet Geography Game - A challenging geography game for children in grades 4 and above.

 Glogster - A Glog is an interactive and creative visual platform in which users create a “poster or web page” containing multimedia elements including: text, audio, video, images, graphics, drawings, and data. Great way for students to present information they have learned.

 Google World Wonders - Fantastic for social studies, this incorporates information, maps, photographs, and videos of famous places around the world. There are also 3D models. You can search by region or theme. There is also an education link with teacher guides at the elementary and secondary level. Also at the secondary level are a number of history AND geography topics.

 How Stuff Works - Tabs across the top include science, geography, animals, and more. Within each subject category are articles and videos that explain 'how stuff works'. Videos are different lengths as well as different ages, so always preview first.

 Jigsaw Planet - Use their templates or your own image to create online jigsaw puzzles of varying degrees of difficult. You can also ghost the background for younger students.

 PBS Learning Teacher's Domain - Teachers’ Domain is an online library of more than 1,000 free media resources from the best in public television.

 Parade of Games in PowerPoint - Sixteen downloadable templates for PowerPoint games, including Jeopardy, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, trivia, multiple choice, and more. Clear directions for each game.

 Prezi Presentations - A Web 2.0 presentation site, enabling the use of text, images, and video to create presentations that are way more interesting than PowerPoint.

 Quizlet flash cards - Free site to create your own flashcards with as many questions and answers, and five learning modes. Requires free account sign-up.

 Smarttech - Click on the educator to find a vast source of lessons and activities that can be downloaded and adapted to fit your needs.

 Virtual Field Trips - Check out the links for this wide variety of virtual field trips, especially in the collections section.

 Virtual Field Trips-Smithsonian - The comprehensive virtual tour allows a self-guided, room-byroom tour of the whole museum. Navigate from room to room either by using a floor map or by following blue arrow links connecting the rooms.

General

 ABC Ya Activities K-5 - Activities are modeled from primary grade lessons and enhanced to provide an interactive way to learn. The activities incorporate content areas such as math and reading while introducing basic computer skills.

 Apples for the Teacher - pre-K-6 - Fun educational site for teachers and kids. Covers all content areas and includes puzzles, holiday fun, coloring and reading activities.

 Brainpop - K-12 - Viewable during school hours, this site, along with Brainpop Jr. and Brainpop

ESL, can introduce, illustrate, or review simple to complex subject matters through the use of animated videos, quizzes, timelines, and activity pages.

 Computer Center favorites K-5 - 50 computer learning activites in language arts, math, science, social studies, and spanish. Activities are all interactive, and between 15-30 minutes long.
