Cell Structure and Function Flashcards You are responsible for 34 total flashcards, explaining cell structure and function. This assignment will be worth 90 pts. Chapter 7 will help you find all the information you need for this assignment. This assignment is due on Friday 24, 2014. You have been given two columns of words. Column A needs to have three components: the word, a picture, and a good description/definition. You should have the word and a picture of that structure on the blank side and a good description/definition of the structure on the lined side. You have been given pictures of 16 animal cells, 3 plant cells, and 1 phospholipid bilayer. Along with the list of words you need to make into flashcards are colors. On each cell you need to color a different part. For example…the nucleus needs to be red, so on the blank side of the card you need to write the word “nucleus” and have a picture of an animal cell with the nucleus colored red. On the lined side you need to describe all the different details about the nucleus. Listed below are all the different structures you are responsible for. The color of each structure is indicated beside the word. The cell and eukaryote just need a picture of an animal cell, no coloring necessary. There are three structures listed below that are part of plant cells only, make sure that you use the three plant cell pictures with the appropriate structures. Number 20 is a phospholipid bilayer, put the picture on the note card and label the different parts of the picture, no coloring necessary. Column B needs no coloring or pictures. They should be a standard flashcard. All cards are due this Friday!
