 Project Manager: Experience in this position includes project estimation, requirements definition and
management, planning, coordination, resource management, communication planning and
documentation of lessons learned. In additional I draw upon my past experience and knowledge of
training and education to develop supporting documentation related to projects I manage. My
technical and creative background allows me to manage projects with a keen awareness of the
complete development lifecycle along with risk identification, and remediation critical to project
success. My diverse background also enables me to bridge communication barriers that may exist
across technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
 Business Analyst: As a Business Analyst, I review the customer’s objectives, and work with all
stakeholders involved to develop a strategy that first defines the stakeholder’s actual needs, as well as
meet the client’s expectations in the most efficient manner. This often includes the development of
use cases, flow charts and documentation that define the solution to the stakeholders at an
appropriate level. My background in development and design helps a great deal in this role as well,
both in understanding the client needs, and development teams approach and mindsets.
 Key Accomplishments:
o Successfully performed technical analysis and assisted in technical implementation of Ektron
8.7 CMS architecture. Once implemented, the CMS architecture allowed for rapid
development of 8 brand sites.
o Responsible for coordinating and executing multiple international site development and launch
efforts with development teams and agencies across multiple time zones.
o Managed multiple simultaneous digital marketing campaigns for multiple brand managers.
Campaigns often included integration with third party services for contests, social media,
mobile device development and CRM requirements.
o High level of successful launches within the project timelines and budgets. Executed project
reviews on projects that overshot either timelines and/or budgets and incorporated lessons
learned on future efforts and estimations.
o Ability to understand and communicate the technical, business, and design aspects of

integrated three disparate systems into one primary system. Effort included frontend, as well
as backend design and implementation.
