Job description
Employee will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control
and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Objective include, but are not limited to:













Lead the planning and implementation of project
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Provide direction and support to project team
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Work directly with the Subcontractors as needed to ensure all project installations fall within the
allocated hours.
 Maintain a 24 hour response time to all client related issues.
Required 40 - 50% travel
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:







This position requires a strong knowledge of Project Management.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable experience.
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Proficient in project management techniques, software and tools
Ability to meet tight and demanding deadlines.
Strategic creative thinking is critical to success of this position.
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change
management
PREFERRED SKILLS:






2 year degree in Project Management
Above average knowledge of CAD and related software.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Strong decision-making, influencing and leading skills

Interactive Developer
Job description
The Interactive Developer is responsible for the development of state of the art mobile and Windows 7
applications that provide innovative solutions to high paced quick turnaround projects. They will
effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting
with or conducting technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and
providing accurate and concise documentation. The Interactive Designer will also be responsible for
assisting in the creation of XHTML, CSS presentation, JavaScript and Flash interactions using standardscompliant development techniques with a member of Cineviz’s Digital Solutions team.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:





Define, build and develop successful mobile applications as specified by client requests.
Define, build and develop in other programming languages such as Flash production, HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript techniques.
Work closely with product management, marketing, and company leaders to successfully move from
early stage product concepts through successful launch
Ensure deliverables are recorded properly and completed within the predefined timelines
Ability to travel to client locations and events as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:











Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
2+ years experience working on iPhone and/or Android apps
2+ years experience in Flash production, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript techniques.
Highly talented programmer with a broad range of software skills
Responsive, flexible, and able to succeed in an open and collaborative peer environment
Ability to complete specific implementation/design tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong interest in solving challenging problems
Solid understanding of secure coding practices and database administration.
Ability to discuss software problems and solutions independent of programming language
Windows Presentation Format (WPF) or TUIO
(Mobile) Web UI / Development experience a plus
