 Responsible for agile product development for internal and customer facing Mobile/Tablet and portal
applications including:
o The XL GlobalClaim Customer Portal Mobile Application (Apple App Store) which exposes claims
information via a dual iPhone/iPad application. The application is a major technology milestone for
large scale Commercial Property Casualty insurers
o An iPhone/iPad application that allows for image processing and emailing to a SharePoint Picture
library (Used by Internal Customers) Application is utilized by field engineers to annotate pictures
that will be used for training purposes
o An iPhone/iPad application that allows for PDF document signature and email transport. (Internal
Customers) Organization uses the application to push device compliance and other documents to
users via “push” notifications
o A customized SharePoint “Collaboration” Portal that is used by the Innovation team to provide
status, store documents, showcase projects in flight and to educate on Innovation outside of the
