Construction
Each bracket is made from heavy-wall 2” steel tubing, securely welded to steel
brackets and mounting plates. Then coated with either hot dipped galvanized
coating, primed or custom coated with high-performance polyester resin for a rugged
and maintenance-free finish. All mounting brackets have a mounting diameter of 2”
unless otherwise noted in the drawing.

Quality Assurance
Each mounting bracket is constructed under a quality system certified by The
American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). This Certification is a statement to
owners, specifies, and the construction industry that says, "Quality is built in!" AISC
Certification is a rigorous examination to evaluate a company's quality management
system rather than the specific product. Certification is based upon a third party audit
conducted by people experienced in fabrication and/or erection. Certification looks at
processes and procedures, since it's easier to build quality into a project and
impossible to inspect for it after the fact.
