Category C Licensees are collegiate supply chain only companies with total annual revenues between $2.5
million and $50 million. Licensees at this level fulfill all participation requirements, including committing to a
subset of the FLA Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, and are required to complete an annual
self-assessment.
