Erickson Construction is a leading provider of construction services and prefabricated building components in the western United States. We help home
builders reduce construction time, material waste, labor inputs and carrying
costs by manufacturing complete panelized framing systems—wall panels,
floor and roof truss systems—that we ship and erect at the job site.
Since 1975, our crews have framed more than 80,000 homes. Our core
geographic markets are Arizona, Northern California and the greater Reno,

A Panelized Framing Pioneer
In the early ‘90s, we pioneered the production and delivery of panelized
framing systems. Today, we continue to lead the industry with state-ofthe-art, computer-assisted production facilities in Chandler, Arizona, and
Roseville, California. The Chandler-based Door Sales & Installation (DSI), a
recognized leader in door and trim needs, is also part of the Erickson family.

Material Sourcing
Erickson Construction buys multiple grades of lumber in full railcar quantities direct from mills and manufacturers. Lumber arrives
at one of our two 14-acre storage sites, and we frequently rotate
the inventory to minimize the effects of weathering and aging.
HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS—Our experienced team knows what to buy
and where to buy it—all of which saves you money and ensures you get
the highest quality lumber.
SUSTAINABLE RESOURCES—Minimal scrap means maximum efficiency
and less waste. Very little material goes to the landfill, most waste is
recycled (finger jointed studs and animal bedding), and we buy from
producers focused on sustainable resources. Our material sourcing
process is good for our customers, for Erickson and for the planet.

We achieve this consistency by manufacturing our framing systems
in a controlled environment with computer-aided equipment.
Computer-aided production processes ensure that every
component is exactly what it’s supposed to be—no more, no less. The
result is durable, dimensionally correct framing systems and real savings
for you.
Logistical Services
Our logistics teams deliver all framing components and materials
from the plant to the job site. Materials show up when the job is
ready. Components are organized to be unloaded in the order they
are needed to increase efficiency and eliminate confusion for
the framers.
