Student learning outcome

At the end of the subject, the students should be able to:
a) Apply the four functions of management to global business organisations along with
type of activity associated with each function
b) Understand the personal challenges involved in meeting the complexities of global
business environment and of cross cultural management
c) Acquire managerial competencies needed to deal with today’s turbulent times including
issues such as diversity, globalisation and rapid change
d) Acquire the leadership skills needed to formulate and implement innovation strategies
