Cindy Nicholson is the Managing Director, Asia Pacific for ValidSoft Limited and
is responsible for overall management of the region, including Sales and
Marketing.
She has over 20 years combined experience in Investment Banking, Financial
Software Solutions and Management Consulting within the Financial Services
Industry with a specific focus on assessing requirements, analysing software
solutions, through to complete implementation and roll out of multi-million dollar
programs. Clients included Macquarie Bank Limited, Commonwealth Bank of
Australia and Bankers Trust (Australia) Limited.
Prior to ValidSoft, Ms Nicholson held senior roles with JP Morgan (London) and
Credit Suisse Financial Products (London), specialising in the management of
Derivative Products from a Trading and Operational perspective. During her
tenure at CSFP, they became the No 1 Swaps and Derivatives Financial Services
company in the world.
In 1994, having migrated to Australia, Ms Nicholson focused on enabling key
global leaders in Financial Services Technology to establish successful regional
bases in Asia Pacific. Companies included SunGard Capital Markets, Infinity
Financial Technology & Sybase. During this time, Cindy worked with key Financial
Services clients throughout Asia Pacific, The Americas and EMEA and was
primarily responsible for Sales, Marketing and delivery of solutions to these key
clients.
Over many years Ms Nicholson has gained a strong reputation as an industry
expert in her field and has established key relationships in the Financial Markets
sector, including senior client relationships with leading global and regional
Banks.
