4th Annual Burbank Relays
(co-hosted by Burbank and John Burroughs High Schools)
Date and Location: Saturday, February 27, 2016
Memorial Stadium (on the campus of JBHS)
1920 Clark Ave, Burbank, CA (stadium is located on Verdugo Blvd)
Brand new 8-lane all weather track and stadium facility
Events and Entries: this early season meet will have a mixture of relays and individual events
(see order of events below).
Each school will be allowed an A and a B team in each relay, plus 4 entries in all individual
running and field events (more entries may be allowed based on number of schools). Entries
must be made using www.episports.com , beginning Feb. 1. Please try to be as accurate and
honest with your seed times as possible, including relays. DO NOT use NT or NM
Divisions:
This is a 4-level Meet- with Boys and Girls Varsity and FS divisions
Fees:
$100 per level or $325 for all 4 levels. Limited to the first 15 teams. Full Teams will also
save $50 if they compete in BOTH the Burbank Relays and the Burbank Backwards Meet
($600 for both meets, instead of $650).

If mailing your entry fees, please mail at least a week in advance. Your athletes will NOT be
allowed participate unless I have received your check. No “the checks in the mail” excuses.
Awards:
Medals to Top 3 teams in each relay and Top 5 overall in each individual event
Admission:
$5 adults/$3 kids (student w/ ID Free)
There will also be a snack bar, food trucks, and souvenir tee shirts will also be available.
Parking:
There is ample parking on the streets around the stadium and there are also parking lots along
Clark (in front of the school).
Buses should drop off along Parish, near the visitor’s side entrance, and park along Keystone.
Stadium:
spectators should sit on the home side only, but teams can sit on either side. However, no teams
in the section nearest the finish line. Please leave that open for spectators, and please keep
canopies in the top rows as well as not blocking the press box’s view of the finish line.
Timing:
we will be using a FT FAT-60 timing system
