Paragraph 1: Introduction
One of the biggest problems facing the world today is the
pollution from plastic bags. People use too many plastic bags and
throw them away, and this could be very dangerous for human life.
This essay will examine some problems and solutions connected
with plastic bags.
Paragraph 2: Problem
There are many problems with plastic bags. One problem is that
plastic bags are made from petroleum, and the animals that eat
plastic bags can die from toxins. Another issue is that used bags
cause a lot of pollution. For example, each year, people throw
away 4 billion plastic bags. This has harmful effects on people
and the environment. A final difficulty is that plastic bags pollute
the dirt and water in the ground as they break down into smaller
and smaller pieces which can take 1,000 years.
Paragraph 3: Solution
Now I will outline some possible solutions. One solution is to change
the plastic back into oil. This is a good solution because plastics
don’t have to be clean. Another good reason for this solution is
that plastic is turned into fuel. However, the process of changing
plastic bags into fuel can cause pollution. Therefore, making
plastic bags out of sugarcane is another great way to solve the
problem of plastic bag pollution. This is a better solution because
bags made of sugarcane break down quickly. Another good thing
about this solution is that instead of throwing the bags into trash,
they can be given to animals to eat.
Paragraph 4: Conclusion
In conclusion, making bags from sugarcane is the best solution to
the global plastic bag problem because they don’t create pollution
and can be eaten by animals instead of being thrown away.
