NGf L CYMRU GCaD Tabloid Hoodie ban for terror teenager. Teen troublemaker, David Jones, has been banned from wearing a hoodie in a Welsh town centre after a spate of shoplifting incidents. The defiant teenager was given a twelve month ASBO which bans him from entering the town centre if he is wearing any item that restricts the view of his face. This means that David’s hoodie-wearing days are over and CCTV cameras will be watching his every move. ‘Thuggish’ Local shopkeepers welcomed the news but have called for this ban to be extended to all teenage youths in the town centre. Mair Evans from the shopkeepers association had this warning for the youths of the town: “We want all the hoodies of the town to know that we won’t stand for their thuggish behaviour any longer!”
