ABOUT US
Our Company
Henderson, Power and Associates was established in 1990 by Shane Henderson and
Mary Power for the specific purpose of providing specialized conflict/dispute
management and resolution services to assist clients to deal with all aspects of conflict.
Since commencing business, Henderson, Power and Associates has maintained its focus
on this speciality although its range of services has expanded considerably in recent
years. However, all of the company’s services have their basis in the core processes
involved in conflict management and resolution, particularly mediation.
Many practitioners working in the area of conflict do so only as an adjunct to their usual
professions. By contrast, the directors of Henderson, Power and Associates’ are full-time
conflict management and resolution professionals who work with clients to manage or
resolve conflict and/or to teach clients the important skills of conflict management and
resolution. Henderson, Power and Associates has been providing these services to clients
since 1990 and is the longest established private dispute management and resolution firm
in Australia.
