Subject: Primary Selection Letter.
Dear ..............,
We are very pleased to inform you that after analyzing of your performance in the interview process on
..../..../............ at our ...................................... you are primarily selected on the basis of following conditions.
1. Your position will be Credit & Development Officer.
2. Your probationary period will be six months and after that period if you successfully overcome the period then
your position will be confirmed and then you will get all the facilities as per COAST Human Resource Policy
Manual.
3. Your joining will be at “.......................” on ...................... at 9.00 a.m.
4. You will be entitled admissible benefits according to COAST Trust Human Resource Policy Manual. Major
benefits are:
a. Provident Fund: You have to deposit 10% PF of your basic salary and after confirmation organization
will give 10% (But the organization part will be entitled after three years service from your
confirmation date).
b. Two festival bonus each will be 100% of one month basic salary.
c. Gratuities double of one month’s basic salary per year; if you do not leave the organization by next
three years period.
d. Reimbursement of any medical facility as per medical policy after submission of proper treatment
invoices.
5. During your joining period you have to submit following documents :
a. "Angikar Nama” from your legal guardian as per COAST prescribed form.
b. During your joining a medical fitness certificate will be needed from COAST Pathological Centre or COAST
selected pathology center, stating that you are fit for field job and especially you are free from Hepatitis- B
and other contagious diseases supported by a blood test report. You have to bear the cost of pathological
tests.
c. You have to submit your all original academic certificates during your joining .COAST will preserve
those and when you leave the organization those will be returned accordingly.
d. Original domicile certificate from your UP Chairman, ward Commissioner or Mayor, photocopy of
National ID card and original character certificate by any 1st Class gazetted officer from your Upazila with
phone number.
6. You have to deposit to our accounts section the amount of taka 500/-(Five Hundred) Non-refundable as a
recruitment fee.
7. Please note that after your joining, COAST will verify all your information that you had provided .If there will be
fake of any information then your job will be dismissed with immediate effect. For this job period you will not claim
any salary and other benefits from COAST and /or COAST will handover you any law enforcement agency.
8. We hope you will be with us and to help the poor for their empowerment. Please do not treat it is a final
appointment to COAST Trust. We will give you final appointment after your joining subjects to get your all
necessary documents as true.
