Gatsby Journal Assignment SYMBOLS/ LITERARY DEVICES Complete the following responses for EACH chapter of The Great Gatsby. Journals are due on the dates indicated on reading schedule. CHARACTER Write a paragraph character study. In this paragraph you should speculate about what is motivating character, anything about the character you find puzzling or curious or interesting, and observations on how this character interacts with others and in various situations.
