MOVIE PERMISSION SHEET Dear Parents, Below is a permission form for your student to view movies that are used in our curriculum. We believe showing students movies enables them to benefit from another medium as a resource in their study of culture and history. Movies along with other activities give students an opportunity to discover the world of history. They go beyond dry facts and help bring events “alive.” The movies that we may be watching in Global History 9 are Hotel Rwanda, Osama, Gandhi, The Mission, and The Last Samurai. Plot summaries of the movies are included on the back of this form. Be assured that we will use proper discretion when showing movies. Thank you for taking the time to read and sign this form.
