PREPARATION OF MATERIAL FLOW CHART :
Quality improvement of in-house components.
To reduce rejection of components with dimensional, fitment, & material components in
house.
Mizen boshi (preventive actions) for missing parts in complete switch:
It’s a Japanese technology to prevent the mistake / rejection before it occurs. By the
pokayokes (fool proofing) eliminate the mistakes/rejection occurred during /end of the
process.
By this we can achieve customer quality, zero ppm (parts per million)
COST REDUCTION PROJECT:
Designed and developed a fixture to Zener diode for Cutting, Bending & Forming
DESCRIPTION:

Previously Zener diode (3000 pcs per day) imported from the Japan with
required shape and size. Its makes major cost in total P.C.B

Designed a semi automatic fixture for Zener diode in-house. Achieved required
dimensions.

The cost of the Zener diode reduced to half of the previous cost.

