1. Write a full one page letter to me in which you discuss the book, your feelings
about the culture, and time period, and your ideas about the
positive aspects of this culture.
2. Using a table list four events in the book that are tied to the research that you
did about the history of China. Use quotes on one side of the table and
explanations on the other side
3. Use examples from the book and show how Wang Lung is changing after he
gets back to the north. Do this in ½ page.
