Retail Account Specialist
I am responsible for facilitating the furnishing and installation of garage doors sold through 488 Home
Depot stores throughout the West. My duties include importing new POs in a timely manner, pricing the
POs correctly, and submitting them to the appropriate installer for site inspection. I also verify each PO
when the installer orders the door for accuracy. I provide customer service over the phone and via email,
and I am the primary line of communication between stores and installers. I also handle customer
concerns and issues as they arise.

I was responsible for the supervision of 12 Retail Service Representatives in 46 Home Depot Stores in five
states – Utah, Idaho, Montana, Eastern Washington, and Eastern Oregon. My duties included the training
and supervision of Reps that serviced the boards in Home Depots by conducting audits and working with
Reps to assess, train, and develop retail skills and knowledge. I tracked, on a daily basis, task completion
