Instructions to Students: Students will take the information that they have learned during their CPR training and compose an expository essay on the topic. Followed by an oral presentation which demonstrates the correct procedures. Instructions for Student Accommodations: Students will preview a video of someone performing an expository speech. Students will be allowed in-class time for compositing their essay as well as be allowed time in the media computer lab for writing the essay. Assessment for Activity: The students will be assessed according to an essay and oral presentation rubric. They will understand the CPR requirements for common allied health professionals. Students will take notes on the specifics of the different CPR certifications.
