Teacher Notes & Instructions
Prior to assigning this Framework to students, a Class Bookmark must be created for students to
access the lessons. (See Instructions for Creating Class Bookmark below.)
Each student will need a copy of the Framework.
There are currently a total of 10 randomly selected questions within the lesson used in Getting Started.
You may opt to have the students work through less than 10 questions if you have time restrictions. Also
note that students may work through the randomized lesson as many times as desired for extra practice
at school or at home.
Instructions for Creating Class Bookmark
Log in to UMath X using your assigned Teacher Log In.
Navigate to the following lesson:
Counting/12. Introduce Fraction of a Set/C/1. Fraction of a Set
Double click on the Bookmark Tool
in the Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
Double click on the Add button.
Enter the title Fraction of a Set into the Enter Bookmark Name text box.
Use the drop down menu to select the Class the bookmark is to be assigned to.*
Successfully created bookmarks will appear in your Class Bookmarks list in the following format:

*If the Class Bookmark is needed for multiple classes, repeat the process for each class.
