1. Work with a partner. Select one of the following fractions:
1/2, 1/3, or 1/4
2. Use different materials to show the fraction you chose and
represent this on a poster. Include a ‘trick’: one example
that is not the fraction you chose.
3. Swap posters with another group and look for their ‘trick’.
Explain why this fraction doesn’t belong on the poster.
