TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The EIC management shall conduct the counseling and guidance with respect to admission, branding, and promotion only in the areas, subjects and for the courses for
which it has been granted permission by the DialYouCollege. The EIC management shall be fully responsible if these norms were violated.
1.
The EIC management shall comply with all the provisions, rules and regulations framed from time to time by the DialYouCollege.
2.
The EIC management will Inform Guide and Counsell students as per the guidelines issued by the DialYouCollege from time to time, for the courses which have
been offered through Self Study Regular mode for External Students.
3.
The EIC management shall maintain registers and all records with regard to the students and produce the same as and when required by the DialYouCollege.
4.
The EIC management shall verify the signatures; original eligibility documents submitted by the students and provide a Xerox/ Photostat copy of the same attested
by administrative/academic head of EIC to the DialYouCollege. On verification, at any stage, if it were found that the signature and testimonials as submitted by the
student are counterfeit then the DialYouCollege would have full rights to cancel the student admission and/ or withdraw the awarded certification and/ or take
appropriate legal action against the EIC and student. All the moral and legal responsibility in the cases as aforementioned shall be borne by the EIC management
and the student.
5.
The EIC management shall not promote itself as study centre/ off campus/ off shore campus / affiliated college of the DialYouCollege overtly or covertly in any of its
advertisements in analog, digital or print media. Also EIC will take prior approval from the DialYouCollege for any kind of advertisements before releasing it to the
media. If it were found that EIC management had not complied with aforementioned conditions then the DialYouCollege has full right to revoke the affiliation of the
EIC. Students of such EIC will be transferred to the appropriate EIC till the completion of their remaining course, if any.
6.
The EIC management is not authorized to issue certificate/ diploma/ degree to any of the students of their centre by using the name, logo and style of
DialYouCollege. The DialYouCollege will treat such certifications as counterfeit and shall have full rights to revoke the affiliation of the EIC and also take
appropriate legal action against the EIC management.
7.
The EIC Management shall be responsible for submission of prescribed share of student fees to the DialYouCollege or its authorized Coordinator as per the
procedure defined. Falling which the EIC shall not have any authority to claim anything pertaining to students from the DialYouCollege or its authorized
Coordinator.
8.
The EIC Management shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, duties, levies, fees and other similar costs arising due to any of the transactions contemplated
under this arrangement. If any others charges apply by university EIC fully responsible for submission this.
9.
The EIC management understands and agrees that the association between the DialYouCollege, Coordinator and EIC shall be for the betterment of the students
and society. No clause of this association will deemed to constitute a joint venture, franchising activity, agency, a partnership or principle-agent relationship
between parties hereto and neither party by virtue of this proposal, shall have the right, power or authority to act or create any obligation, expressed or implied, on
behalf of the other party.
10.
The EIC Management shall be responsible for implementing the policies, programmes, and instructions of the DialYouCollege, from time to time.
11.
The provisions of the agreement between the EIC and the DialYouCollege shall be on an exclusive basis, wherein the EIC shall not be entitled during the tenure of
this association to have such or similar association with any other University/ Institute/ Individual.
12.
The EIC Management shall be solely responsible for any claim raised by any students under consumer protection Act or any other Law.
13.
The DialYouCollege is the final authority in deciding the mode and venue of examinations. In certain cases where EIC gets status of examination centre for its own
or multiple EIC students the EIC management shall be entirely responsible for conducting proper examination, manage the examination stationary, submission of
examination stationary to the University or its authorized associates as per the prescribed norms.
14.
The EIC management shall be responsible for any misconduct of students if found during the examination held at their premises. In such situations the EIC
examination centre status will be revoked immediately and the DialYouCollege is entitled to take appropriate legal action against the EIC management. The
expenses pertaining to examination will be borne by the EIC management.
15.
The EIC management shall submit complete fees of student which includes registration fees, examination fees and/or any other fees as prescribed at the time of
submission of student admission/examination form. In case of deficiency in fees or eligibility the forms will be rejected without any notice to EIC management and
the EIC shall be the sole responsible for any claim of students under such conditions.
16.
In case of cancellation of student admission on the request of the EIC management before the allotment of enrollment number by the University, the fee can be
refunded after deducting an amount as per the norms prescribed by the DialYouCollege. No fees will be refunded under any circumstances after allotment of
enrollment by the University.
17.
In case of cancellation of the agreement by any party, the EIC management will have legal & moral binding, to cater to all liabilities, whatsoever, towards students.
18.
On successful grant of the EIC by the DialYouCollege the fee submitted against authorization will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. In the
case where the EIC application get rejected the DialYouCollege reserves the right to refund the fees submitted against inspection and authorization after deducting

the necessary expenditure held in the process of inspection as per the merit of case. Under any circumstances the EIC applicants are not authorized to claim this
amount under any consumer protection law or any other law in force for the time being.
19.
The EIC management agrees to submit all the admission and examination forms through DialYouCollege within the prescribed time limit. Also the EIC shall be
responsible for providing the correct postal address, Email ID and contact number of the students. The DialYouCollege will not be held responsible incase the
student particulars are not provided to them correctly and further it will not bear any moral & legal responsibility against loss of communication to student. If the
student take any legal action due to aforementioned reason, the EIC management will be solely responsible for all type of consequences and compensations.
20.
The EIC management will be held responsible for the acts committed by their officials who are conflicting to the provisions of the DialYouCollege rules/ regulations/
Act/ Statutes etc.
21.
The EIC management will operate only at location(s) which has been approved by the DialYouCollege and in no case will change the location without the
permission of DialYouCollege. Failing to do so will lead to the cancellation of EIC without any further claim.
22.
The EIC management agrees that in case of change in staff change in location of the EIC they will immediately intimate the DialYouCollege about the same on
their official letter head along with a resolution passed by the board members duly signed and stamped by the authorities. In case of failing to do so the
DialYouCollege will not be held responsible for any loss of communication or consequences arisen by aforesaid act of the EIC management.
23.
The EIC management will be responsible to regularly take necessary updates relevant to student and the EIC from the websites of the DialYouCollege. The EIC
management will be solely responsible for all types of consequences if they fail to check necessary information available on the official websites of the
DialYouCollege. The EIC management is not authorized to claim any information officially or unofficially in hard copy format/ by E-mail/ by SMS.

The EIC Management acknowledge that if there were changes in these terms and conditions on the authorised web site of the DialYouCollege then it will be
applicable on the EIC from the date of publication of aforesaid changes.

The EIC management agrees that the permission to operate as the EIC has been provided provisionally for a stipulated period of time by the DialYouCollege and
extension/ renewal/ termination of the same will be dependent on decision of the DialYouCollege.

All disputes related to the DialYouCollege, Coordinators, EIC, or any other associated party will be subject to the jurisdiction of Fatehabad (Haryana) only.
The DialYouCollege may be forced to make amendments to any of the clauses mentioned above without notice, due to reasons beyond its control with the
changes in related policy, programme or procedure by the Government or the regulatory authorities.

I _______________________________________ (Director) who have applied for the Education Information Center (EIC) of the Self Study Regular mode for External
Students of the DialYouCollege, Fatehabad (Haryana) hereby certify that the particulars as furnished in Part – I above and in the preceding pages are true to the best of
my knowledge. I express willingness for an inspection to assess our infrastructural facilities, staff, resources etc. I declare that the Organization will abide by all the rules
and directions as laid by the DialYouCollege, Fatehabad (Haryana) given from time to time. In case of any information furnished by us was found to be wrong/
misleading/ incomplete in any regard, we shall be held solely responsible and will abide with the decision taken by the DialYouCollege in the matter. We hereby agree
with all the terms and conditions as mentioned in this application form. Further, we have carefully read and understood all the guidelines, specifications and other
information published by the DialYouCollege and accepts the same. In case of any dispute or for any unforeseen issue(s) or issues not covered in the guidelines,
specifications and other information published by the DialYouCollege, the decision of the DialYouCollege shall be final and binding on us and all other concerned. I agree
that the DialYouCollege reserves the right to withdraw any location or any Discipline/ Programme or its nomenclature at any point of time without any explanation and to
make modifications in any information published anywhere and whenever deemed necessary.
