Facts:

The appellant filed RTI application on 13.08.2012 seeking information on two points pertaining to goods guard examination, whether any scaling has been done on different questions, if scaling done then under which rules, marks and percentage of successful candidates in the examination.

The CPIO responded on 19.09.2012. The appellant filed first appeal before the First Appellate Authority (FAA) on 10.10.2012. The FAA responded on 23.11.2012. The appellant filed second appeal before the Commission on 02.12.2014.
Hearing: 3.
The appellant did not participate in the hearing. The respondent participated in the hearing through video conferencing. 4.
Respondent stated that the sought for information has already been provided to the appellant on 19.09.2012.
Discussion/observations:

The action/steps taken by the respondent in dealing with RTI application are satisfactory.
