Collage provides an opportunity to engage with images that speak to us. It
is our task to listen! The SoulCollage® process, in particular, is a
“flexible, creative, and inclusive tool” for the creation and exploration of
personally selected images. We will experience this process and several
techniques for dialoguing with our creations. These creations often serve
to surprise, bemuse, and even amuse. Anyone can do this --- cutting,
gluing, and contemplating. No prior experience with art is necessary!!
Previous participants welcomed, bring your previous work with you.
Fee: $60 (and $15 material fee for first time participants). Bring a bag lunch and
continue to play with your images or go out, coffee and tea and snacks will be provided.
Facilitator: Carole McNamee, PhD, LMFT has published, lectured, and given workshops
locally, regionally, and nationally on the healing influences of the expressive arts.

Directions from downtown Blacksburg: Travel south toward Christiansburg on South
Main Street approximately 2 miles. You will pass Kroger on the right and then Colony
Park and a Hess gas station on the left. Turn left at the light at Professional Park Drive.
