Everett Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 183 bed resident and family oriented rehabilitation and
skilled care center providing medical care as well as comprehensive long-term care services. The
facility is a premier skilled care center in the Everett area is committed to providing quality care and
service as evidence by its highly qualified and experienced staff, high staffing levels as well as its
comprehensive programs.

Admission Schedule: Can occur seven days a week. In most instances decisions regarding patient
acceptance will be prompt, usually occurring on the day of the actual screening by nurse liaisons.
Resident Payer source: Medicaid, Medicare, EverCare, Health Net, Neighborhood Health Plan, Elder
Service Plan (ESP), Network Health & VA Contracted.
Private Pay Rate: Ranges from $160.00 - $210.00 per day and is an all inclusive rate
