Scout Association groups must be in accordance with POR Rule 2.3 Responsibilities Within the Safety Policy, Rule 9.2 Preparations, Rule 9.4 Risk Assessment and Rule 9.77 Other Activities. All other groups must carry out a risk assessment in accordance with their organisation policy. The activity is undertaken at the discretion of the group leader and they must undertake a risk assessment for their group NB. This is a group run activity and Kibblestone ISC do not offer leaders to run this event.
