Judgment herein has previously been deferred and defendant was placed on formal probation to the Third Judicial District Department of Correctional Services for a period of

_______ years. Defendant’s probation officer has reported to the Court that since being placed on probation, defendant has satisfactorily complied with the conditions of supervision. The probation officer recommends that probation be terminated and the

County Attorney does / does not join in the recommendation. In view of the foregoing, the

Court FINDS:

That the purposes of probation have been fulfilled and defendant should be discharged form probation without entry of judgment.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED:

That the defendant is hereby granted a final discharge from the probation imposed herein without entry of judgment, and the Third Judicial District Department of Corrections is absolved from any further supervision.

That upon the defendant’s satisfaction of all restitution and costs imposed herein, the clerk shall expunge the Court’s record with reference to the deferred judgment granted herein.
