Freedom of Information Request
You ask for the following information from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ):
…data held on breaches of CRASBO's. I have found the main website with
asbo statistics however I would be grateful if you could let me know if the
Ministry of Justice collates data specifically in relation to the numbers of
breaches of CRASBO's…
Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
I can confirm that the department holds the information that you have asked for, and I
am pleased to provide this to you.
The number of Criminal Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (CASBOs) proven in court to
have been breached, 1 June 2000 to 31 December 2012 (latest available) can be
viewed in the table.
CRASBOs can be breached more than once and in more than one year. The table
shows the number of CRASBOs breached at least once, and the total number of
occasions on which they were breached in each year in the time period specified.
Note that the data in the table only counts breaches of CRASBOs where the breach
was proven in court to have occurred.
