N.B. This letter is to be used in cases where students are found to have breached the University’s Student Academic
Integrity Policy, but not intentionally or recklessly. Note that teaching staff are required to contact the Library prior to
referring a student.
Students are required to take a signed copy of this letter to the Library for additional academic skills development.
