Project Profile
The renovation of old bridges in Mukim Tamoi undertaken by
Department of Tourism Development and District Office.
The development of archeological sites near the Brunei Museum and
Malay Technology Museum
This project is the development of the former coal mine area, which
was operated between 1906 and 1925, to become an Open Air
Museum
The waterfront development is proposed in Jalan
Residency with renovation of the food stalls and adding more facilities

Marin Park plays an important role in certain protection and managing
the marine eco-system which support the sustaining the fishing
industry, but it also can contribute to the compatible of economy
activity. The sea zone which is been marked as the Marin park are the
productivity area with biodiversity of flora and fauna. Aside of the
breeding and nursery for the fishes and other marine life.
Objective of this project is to assure that the sea prossessions such as
the turtle not to be extinct. Tje project objective is to coordinate the
supervision, protect and recover the turtle in national stage which is
done together with the government agency. This project will have its
own insfractucture tu set up Main Restore and the turtle country
management at the Meragang Beach, site that has been identified for
the Fishing sector. This centre will prepare the facility to assist the
turtle to land and hatch, the turtle centre information and the
presentation for visitor, lab, general office and othe facilities that is
relevant.
Investment will be made in joint venture in establish the basic facilities
recreation in comersial standard at Tunggulian site or wherever site
that is suitable to be developed. The process ot the Recreational Park
project will be complementary to the nearby with the Sg Liang Industry
with will be developed with the flow of the oil and gas aktiviti.
Shareholder of the company or the local tourism entrepeneur and the
shifting management to selected local tourism entrepenuer.
Investment will be made in join venture in developing the recreational
park by preparing the 9-hole golf park facilities. The project will be

To provide cruise ship passengers with various facilities.

Serasa Car Ferry Terminal serves car ferry service between Serasa,
Brunei and Menumbok, Sabah.
Car Ferry Service by 1 Sabah operator and 1 Brunei Operator.

To provide facilities for the passenger and ferry services.
Currently, Serasa Passenger Ferry terminal is managed and operated
by Marine Dept.
A new Terminal has been designed Tender document has been
evaluated by PWD.
Had made research, meeting and presentation had been done in the year
of 2005. In process of organising a ”Sentral Bus Station” to replace the
present Bus Stop Station in BSB. JKR has already setup the facilities for
bus shelters by stages wuitable with the allocation and the needs.
