Patient now presents with her 3rd tumor recurrence. A right frontal craniotomy is performed. DIAGNOSIS: ____________________________ SB 5315 Bob Freedman, M.D. Community Hospital of Los Gatos (G02-3143) 68 yr old female with cervical cancer initially diagnosed as malignant mixed mullerian tumor. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5316 Ivan Damjanov, M.D. University of Kansas School of Medicine (S09-4376) 35 yr old woman with a retroperitoneal mass detected by CT scan. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5317 Bob Freedman, M.D. Community Hospital of Los Gatos (G02-01848) 76 yr old female with vague abdominal symptoms is found to have an enlarged lymph node adjacent to the common bile duct. DIAGNOSIS: 2 SBPS September 14th, 2009 SB 5318 Bob Freedman, M.D. Community Hospital of Los Gatos (G03-2877) 54 yr old female with clinical history of immature teratoma (pelvic) 4 yrs prior to admission. The patient now presents with fever and lymphadenopathy. An enlarged left cervical lymph node is excised. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5319 Chris Hansen, M.D., Andrew Szmit, M.D. CHOMP (S08-6598) 42 yr old woman with an enlarged left ovary. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5320 Bob Freedman, M.D. Community Hospital of Los Gatos(G03-2532) 66 yr old male with chronic sinusitis.
