62 yr old male with chronic intractable diarrhea.
DIAGNOSIS:

10 week old girl with watery diarrhea since birth.
DIAGNOSIS:
SB 5313 Jason Karamchandani, M.D., Hannes Vogel, M.D. Stanford (SHS-09-04586)
9 yr old girl with a history of “oligoastrocytoma (WHO grade II)”, diagnosed at an outside
hospital in 2004. Patient now presents with her 3rd tumor recurrence. A right frontal
craniotomy is performed.

57 yr old male with right gynecomastia presents with a 1.5 cm cystic breast mass.

68 yr old female with cervical cancer initially diagnosed as malignant mixed mullerian tumor.
DIAGNOSIS:

35 yr old woman with a retroperitoneal mass detected by CT scan.
DIAGNOSIS:

76 yr old female with vague abdominal symptoms is found to have an enlarged lymph node
adjacent to the common bile duct.

54 yr old female with clinical history of immature teratoma (pelvic) 4 yrs prior to admission.
The patient now presents with fever and lymphadenopathy. An enlarged left cervical lymph
node is excised.

42 yr old woman with an enlarged left ovary.
DIAGNOSIS:

66 yr old male with chronic sinusitis.
DIAGNOSIS:
