DAN BARNETT/WIZARD ENTERTAINMENT
Wizard Entertainment's President, Dan Barnett has been booking and producing entertainment events
for over 25 years. Dan spearheaded the talent booking division of Cellar Door Concerts, the nation’s
largest concert promotion company for 18 years. The company continually expanded to include
international tours, special events, and corporate entertainment. As President of Cellar Door
International, Dan booked and produced over 2500 concert events i.e. Bruce Springsteen, Jimmy
Buffett, Planet Hollywood Grand Openings (worldwide), Hurricane Relief Concert, etc.
SFX Entertainment acquired Cellar Door and Dan joined the SFX senior management team as Vice
President of Business Development. SFX was the world’s leading promoter of live entertainment. He
created a division dedicated to developing large Special Events and Corporate Entertainment. This
effort was culminated when he closed a deal with the NFL to produce the Half-time show for Super
Bowl XXXVI. Dan moved to Five Star Productions as Executive Vice President and Co-Executive
Producer of over 40 television shows, network TV specials, music DVD’s and a wide variety of
corporate video productions.
In 2003 Wizard Entertainment was launched and has become one of the most creative entertainment
booking and production companies in the United States. Wizard clients include: Journey, Southeast
Toyota, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Gulfstream Park, City of Hallandale, Absolute, LXR Luxury
Resorts, City of Fort Lauderdale, Image Entertainment and Kid Rock.
