HSF11 - Gas Appliances and Installations
The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998
Employers must ensure that anyone working on gas installations is approved by the Health & Safety
Executive, which means they must be SAFE Registered.
There is a duty on landlords (a very wide definition which may include the directors of MRF Name Limited), to
ensure that all appliances and flues are check annually and the records of such checks kept for two years.
The original report should be kept in this file for examination by any enforcing inspectors.
