The Undersigned Company undertakes, on its own behalf and on behalf of its possible partners and
contractors, to provide goods in accordance with the terms of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Food
items: Dried Tuna, Spaghetti Pasta and Rice No. ITB-2012-22, and its accompanying documents,
for the amount set forth in the table below.
The Undersigned Company undertakes, if its Bid is accepted, to deliver the services in accordance
with the requirements set forth in the above mentioned ITB.
