Glennamera River (L 84746 67522)
Sampled approx. 100m upstream from Doo Lough. Nice cobbly riffle. Very little instream vegetation.

Owengarr (L 84512 66491)
Sampled half waybetween between Doo Lough and Fin Lough approx. 75m downstream from the only
house along this stretch. Bouldery/cobble riffle.

Owennaglogh (L 83965 65233)
Sampled a 10m stratech approx. 100m upstream of the confluence with the Bundorragha River. Fast
flowing bouldery rapids/ riffles, with very little instream vegetation.
Site BD4
Bundorragha River US Delphi Resort (L 84102 65223)
Approx. 30m upstream of the top bridge that crosses the Bundorragha downstream of Fin Lough.
Cobbly/pebble riffle.
Site BD5
Bundorragha River DS Delphi Resort (L 84105 64543)
Approx. 200 m downstream of Delphi Resort. Not ideal riffle habitat due to large weirs/rock deflectors.
Sampled near a fast flowing bouldery rapid/riffle downstream of one of the weirs. All other habitat
upstream was deep and slow- moving and unsuitable for Q-assessment.

Bundorragha River US Killary Harbour (L 84177 63537)
Approx. 100m U/S of the bottom bridge across the Bundorragha. Step/cascade/pool type habitat due to
intermittent rock weirs and a lot of bedrock and large boulder in the substrates.
Not ideal for Qsampling due to the very bouldery substrates overlaying bedrock in places.
