UPCOMING SUMMER & FALL PROGRAMS Mark your calendars for the next two educational program -- the 3rd Annual Summer Conference – Transcultural Aspects on Aging – scheduled for Tuesday, August 18 and the 21st Annual Fall Symposium -- Geriatrics: Preparing for the Future on Friday and Saturday, November 13-14, 2009. AzGS will be offering two new initiatives at the Fall Symposium. A scholarship program is being worked out and so is a Poster Session. More detailed information on these two initiatives and on the program topics and speakers will be finalized within the next week and will be reported on in next month’s eNewsletter s well as added to the website.
