A Public Hearing to consider a request from the Parkway Company for approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map and Planned Development Permit for development of a 56-unit condominium project on the north side of Silberhorn Drive, slightly southeast of the intersection of Golf Links Drive and Silberhorn Drive. The zoning classification for the site is SP 93-3, while the General Plan land-use designation is SF. An Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The public review period begins October 22, 2013 and ends November 20, 2013. The Planning Commission will review this proposal at its November 20, 2013 meeting and make a recommendation to the City Council. PN 13-296 Folsom Dog Resort and Training Center Commercial Design Review and Conditional Use Permit, and Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration under CEQA A Public Hearing to consider a request for approval of a Commercial Design Review and Conditional Use Permit for operation of a 15,586-square-foot Folsom Dog Resort & Training Center at the existing 37,252square-foot building located at 120 Blue Ravine Road. The zoning classification for the site is ML PD (Limited Manufacturing, Planned Development District) and the General Plan land-use designation is IND (Industrial/Office Park). An Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration have been prepared for the project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The public review period begins October 30, 2013 and ends November 19, 2013. The PC will take final action on the project unless appealed to the City Council.
