Student’s/Parent’s Dance Tuition Agreements and Terms:
Parents and Students, for consideration of agreeing, stipulation, hereinafter mentioned,
contained, to be kept by the parents. The Parents agrees to pay dance tuitions and take
upon the terms and conditions which hereinafter appear called Dance Tuition Agreement.
The dance tuitions and dance classes will take place hereinafter appear called ”Premises”
to wit: Aim Studios 383-Marietta St Suite-B. Atlanta, Ga 30313.This Agreement is to have
to hold for June 1, 2010 and ending July 16, 2010 and said term shall be referred to
hereinafter as the Summer Dance Camp Agreement Period. There will be an ending
performance and awards ceremony the week of June 16, 2010. Aim Studios will go on field
trips on a Bi-weekly bases and participants are not required to participate. This Summer
Dance Camp Tuition, by and between Brian Jones, First party, hereinafter called Executive
Director, and Parents of the child or parties that agrees on upon signature of this
agreement.
Stipulations:
Parents must pay Summer dance camp tuition on time weekly, bi-weekly and on Friday
before the next week of camp. Monthly rates will be accepted. All forms of payments will
be accepted. No period of grace, or right of set-off unless agreed by Executive Director. In
case of late payment, early drop-off, and late pick-up, will result in a late fee charge!
Students must report to camp in appropriate dress attire for Camp, including camp TShirts. Parents must provide their own uniform for the performance and camp. All
Participants must bring a lunch and Aim Studios will provide a snack. There will be no
make-up for missed days of camp! No unaccepted behavior at any time during camp. No
Gum in class. All participants must abide by Aim Studios Schedule, unless agreed by Brian
Jones. Schedule is subject to change due to low enrollment and/or skill level. Parents must
notify Brian Jones of any allergies, illness, medication, or allergic to any kind of fruit,
candy, chocolate etc.. Parents must address Brian Jones on issues surrounding Dance
Tuitions, Aim Studios, and OnStage Performing Arts Alliance at any time of this
agreement.

*2nd =Warning
*3rd =Timeout
*4th = Parents notified
*5th = Parents discussion
*6th = Parents discussion
*7th= Withdrawal

physical activity, offered by the Onstage Performing Arts Alliance. I, for myself, my
heirs and assigns, hereby release OnStage Performing Arts Alliance, their families,
employees, affiliated companies, or Aim Studios from any claims, demands and causes of
action from my or the above named person’s participation in any of the above stated
programs. I hereby releases OnStage Performing Arts Alliance for any liability now or in
the future for any injuries or illness through participation in the above state programs
offered at Aim Studios at any time, while in the vicinity, or activity sponsored,
represented or organized by OnStage Performing Arts Alliance. I also understand that
photos and videos may be taken throughout the year and there images may be published
or used for advertising and promotional purposes by OnStage Performing arts Alliance,
and its agents. I understand I will not be able to protest any such use or receive
compensation of any type for use of these pictures.
By signing, I hereby affirm that I have read and understand and agree to the above points
and additionally agree that they will be executed beginning the day and year first above
written agreement.
