COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the conditions of entry.

Participation in this competition confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is only open to residents of South Australia, aged 18 or over, who purchase a ‘Nutri Kiwi/Delish’ green
kiwifruit from any South Australian Independent Retailer, including Drakes Foodlands, Chapley Group
Foodlands, Commercial Retail Group Foodlands, Adelaide’s Finest Supermarkets, Romeo Foodlands, IGA Stores,
and any Green Grocer displaying the ‘Nutri Kiwi/Delish’ shelf wobbler, or store flyer.
HOW TO ENTER

To enter, purchase any pre-packed or loose Nutri Kiwi/Delish green kiwifruit, and email or post your FULL
NAME, PERMANENT ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, and the PRODUCT PURCHASED and the
NAME OF WHERE YOU PURCHASED THE PRODUCT, with a copy of the valid receipt (scanned or image). If you
are emailing it please send to competition@lamanna.com.au and if your are posting it, post to Store C31,
Adelaide Produce Markets, Burma Road, Pooraka, South Australia 5095, with FULL NAME, PERMANENT
ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, and the PRODUCT PURCHASED and the NAME OF WHERE YOU
PURCHASED THE PRODUCT, with a copy of the valid receipt

The entrant must retain their original receipt of purchase

For the entry to be valid, the posted receipt must also include the name of the entrant, permanent address,
phone number, product purchased, proof of purchase and the store where the product was purchased.
Validation and identification must be shown if requested.
7.
For the entry to be valid, the receipt must not have been tampered with in any way. The receipt must not have
been made illegible, re-issued, mutilated, altered, stamped paid, marked void, stolen, misprinted, counterfeit,
re-constituted, or defective as this will render it ineligible for a prize.
8.
Multiple entries will be accepted, but each transaction requires a separate entry and proof of purchase. One
entry will be allowed per eligible transaction containing the original receipt of purchase. Each Nutri Kiwi/Delish
green kiwifruit purchased may only be used once to enter the prize draw.
9.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with
the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
CRITICAL DATES
10. The promotion commences on 13 July 2015. Entries close at 11pm AEST 6 September 2015
11. The draw will takes place at 12 noon, Monday 7 September 2015 at the La Manna Group Office, Store 31C,
Burma Road, Pooraka, South Australia 5095.
12. Winners will be notified via phone and email and names published in the Adelaide Advertiser Classifieds
section on Thursday 10 September 2015.
13. In the incidence of an unclaimed prize or prizes the promoter may conduct further draws as are necessary after
Thursday 24 September 2015 in order to distribute any Prize unclaimed by that date after all attempts have
been made to contact subject to the rules and regulations of State Government Authorities.
14. In such an incidence the winner(s) will be notified by phone and email and their names published in The
Adelaide Advertiser classifieds section on 28 September 2015.

The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
The prize must be picked up by the winner personally from the store where the original eligible product was
purchased. The winner must satisfy all conditions of identification or the prize will be forfeited or held in
escrow until full identification is received and accepted by The Promoter as acceptable within the possible
restrictions of State Authority rules regarding the conduct of such competitions.
NO LIABILITY
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19 Employees and families of the Promoter or the prize suppliers or any of their agencies associated with the
Competition or Program are not eligible to enter. This includes a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, child or
sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption)
20 If for any reason any aspect of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the
promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
promotion, the promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or
invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in each state or territory
where required
21 The promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without
limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death
which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this
promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
22 By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information
they submit with their entry being stored by the Promoter for the duration of the promotional period. All
personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. The Promoter is bound to comply
with the Privacy Act 1988 and a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to
Promoter’s office.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that
they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
24 All entries become the property of the promoter, and will only be used for the purposes of this competition.
Entries will not be returned to the entrants. Judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final
and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
