The references cited throughout this book were designed to allow students easy accessibility and
recognition of their most commonly used texts in order to facilitate the location of resources.
This addendum however, provides credit for each chapter author’s work used in edited texts,
while providing a list of references throughout each chapter so that readers can easily locate
information to complete the outlines, worksheets, and so on.
